Film details

Synopsis
At dusk in a remote part of the high Laurentians, a man works, collecting beehives. Nightfall brings a soft curtain down on the day’s labour. The beekeeper, Anicet Desrochers, a man strongly devoted to his calling, is worried. Bees, indispensable to the balance and continuation of the ecosystem, are dying in countless numbers – and nobody understands exactly why.
The Americas, Europe, Asia… every continent has been hit by bee colony collapse. No place on earth is spared.
